Women’s Health Services at Methodist
Methodist Healthcare is dedicated to meeting the health and wellness needs of the women of our community at a level unlike any other healthcare provider. One very visible example of our commitment is the expansion and renovation of the Women’s Pavilion at Methodist Hospital and of the Women’s Services and Newborn areas at Metropolitan Methodist Hospital. The Women’s Pavilion at Methodist Hospital offers women focused Mother-Baby care in a 50-bed unit, including private rooms. There are 24 Labor/Delivery/Recovery (LDR) rooms and 46 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit beds with 24-hour on-site neonatologists. The Women’s Center at Metropolitan Methodist also offers a very high level of OB care with dedicated LDR rooms for total Mother-Baby care, offering focused care to both mother and baby by the same caregivers.
